About Rozi

Meet Rozi, a 5.5-year-old Red Labrador Retriever who has been loved dearly throughout her life. She originally found her forever home as a pup but recently returned to the rescue due to a specific safety concern related to young children. Unfortunately, despite extensive training and adjustments, Rozi's discomfort around young kids couldn't be managed safely. As a result, she's seeking a new home without young children or cats, where her boundaries can be respected. Rozi is an affectionate and people-oriented dog who enjoys cuddling and being involved in daily activities. She excels in social settings, having successfully attended doggy daycare and enjoyed playing with other dogs. She's house-trained, crate-trained, and knows a variety of tricks, showcasing her intelligence. While Rozi loves the outdoors and is always ready for a game of fetch, she does have a daily, low-cost medication for urinary incontinence that is well controlled. Ideal adopters would be adult-focused, preferably 40s and above, who can provide a stable environment without young children or frequent child interactions. With patience and understanding, Rozi will thrive and give you endless love. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
