Harper is sweet and fun! She loves to be around you at all times or she will announce that she misses you and must be located immediately! She is playful and loves to wrestle and cuddle with her friend Nini and her foster brothers. Harper is about 3 months old. Harper is bonded with her best friend Nini and they need to be adopted together. Harper and Nini are currently at the Woodinville PetSmart.
