Keats is vaccinated and located in Norwood, OH. He is ready for adoption now, though health care accommodations will be required during his heartworm treatment.
About Keats
Meet Keats, an energetic Beagle mix in search of his forever home. Always eager to make new friends, he enjoys playing and cuddling. At about 4 years old and weighing 23 pounds, Keats has an adorable look that captures hearts, with his flippy ears showing off his puggle heritage. He walks well on a leash and is a great car companion. Currently, Keats is undergoing treatment for heartworms, but it's a manageable case. He poses no health threat to other animals or people and will have his treatment overseen by our vet. He needs a home in the greater Cincinnati area to accommodate this care, which will be sponsored by the rescue. Despite his situation, he remains friendly with other dogs and adores everyone he meets. Keats will be placed in an adoptive home with an extended trial period until he completes his treatment. We're committed to ensuring that all current pets in the home are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations and preventive care.
