Hi, Im Luna, and if youre looking for a little sunshine wrapped up in a five-pound package, we might just be meant to know each other. Im a 5-month-old mixed breed girl with a Pomeranian dad and a Dachshund mix mom, which seems to have given me the perfect combination of sweetness, charm, and just the right amount of curiosity. I love being close to my people and am happiest when Im sharing cuddles, following along on daily adventures, or simply soaking up attention. Even though Im still a puppy, I already have some impressive manners. Im crate trained, house trained, and doing a great job learning what it means to be a wonderful companion. Im affectionate by nature and genuinely enjoy being around people. I also get along well with other dogs and have been around children, making me an easy little friend to have around. At just 5 pounds, I can fit almost anywhere, but my personality definitely takes up a little more space than that. Life with me is full of the small moments that make a house feel like home. Picture a tiny shadow following you from room to room, cozy evenings on the couch, and a happy face waiting to greet you each morning. Im playful when its time for fun and sweet when its time to relax. My story began as part of an accidental litter, but that little surprise brought me into the world, and now Im looking for the family that feels like home. Im not searching for just any familyIm looking for the right one. Someone who will enjoy all the wonderful things that come with a puppy and who is excited to watch me grow into the amazing little dog Im becoming. Im up to date on my vaccinations, crate trained, and house trained, so Im already off to a great start. I was rescued in Texas and am currently looking for a foster-to-adopt family in the northern states. The foster-to-adopt program gives us 23 weeks to live together and see how life feels before making anything official. Its a thoughtful, no-pressure way for both of us to make sure its the right fit. And if it turns out were not the perfect match, my rescue will quickly help me find another loving foster-to-adopt home. Transport runs every other weekend, and I can meet my future family in East Hartford, Connecticut, or Brattleboro, Vermont.
