Ginger is an owner surrender that dumped here after her owner adopted her from a shelter and decided it was too much work. Supposedly she was returned several times to the shelter for escaping. She has proven to be a fence jumper, however has not left the property. Her only goal is to socialize and be with a human. This truly sweet and amazing girl just needs a chance!
