Ava is a sweet girl with all of the wonderful Brittany characteristics. She adores bird watching, snuggling, long walks interrupted by bird watching, snuggling, hiking interrupted by bird watching, snuggling and squirrel chasing. Ava came into rescue because her previous owner had a health issue and could no longer care for her. She would love a family that has a nice "escape proof" yard where she can do her favorite things -- a human companion who goes for walks and hikes so she can do her favorite things...who has a nice sofa, bed or recliner, so that she can do her favorite things. Good with other dogs, she can be a little jumpy when hearing new sounds, so older children would be a better fit for her. Ava has been spayed, is up to date with her vaccinations, is heartworm negative and on prevention and is microchipped. At 4 years old, this little rose blossom still has some blooming to do....and she's ready to blossom with the right person. Perhaps it's you?
