Meet Ryan! Ryan is an extremely handsome 12-year-old 14.5-lb ginger domestic shorthair. Ryan recently had his world turned upside down when the family he had known for most of the 12 years of his life surrendered him to the local animal shelter. Since leaving the shelter, he has been in a home with numerous resident cats and dogs. He's still getting comfortable with his new surroundings and takes comfort in a good hiding spot, but will come out on several occasions to accept affection. Ryan is a quiet gentleman and rarely makes a sound. He slowing being introduced to toys, but has not shown interest in them yet. This gentleman has a lot of love to give and he needs to find a family who will show him love and affection and assure him he is safe. Ryan is being fostered in Staten Island, NY and his adoption fee is $100. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals.
