ALSO THIS WEEKEND: SATURDAY, JUNE 20 from 12-3PM: DOG ADOPTION EVENT at the OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We'll have several wonderful dogs there looking for homes! WEEKEND SHELTER HOURS FOR ADOPTIONS: SATURDAY, JUNE 20: CLOSED (Visit our pet adoption events!) SUNDAY, JUNE 21: OPEN 10AM - 3PM, NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED! KCK Animal Services is located at 3301 Park Drive, KCK. ----------- This big goofy Dane mix pup is sure to bring joy to your family! HAGRID is as sweet as they come. He's still a pup, but he's a gentle boy and has an easy going attitude. He'd be up for any adventures with his people and then happy to just chill out and watch TV. He is also good with other dogs. Hagrid is 10 months old and he currently weighs 70 lbs. ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
