Meet Panda: Panda is a 12 week old (as of June 19, 2026) border collie mix (best guess) that weighs about 14 pounds. This sweet boy was surrendered to a humane society with his sister (Rainbow) when their owners couldn't care for the young pups. Panda is being fostered in the south and would love to catch the next freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families! Panda and Rainbow are both very sweet, cuddly and friendly puppies! They are very people friendly and love everyone they meet. Panda loves toys and running in the yard. As a puppy, Panda will need some patience while he works on his house training, but he's started working on the concept and is doing really well already. Panda is doing well with leash training and is already crate trained. We would love for Panda to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play freely as he grows. Panda is up to date on his puppy shots and will need to be neutered when age appropriate.
