Lilly's journey began when she was found alone in a field near a local grocery store. Covered in fleas and without anyone to care for her, it's unclear how long she had been fending for herself. Thankfully, Lilly is now safe in foster care and has embraced indoor life with enthusiasm. This sweet brown and white tabby has proven to be incredibly adaptable and social. She quickly makes friends with other cats and kittens and is already comfortable around dogs, showing no fear when meeting her canine companions. Lilly is a vocal little lady who always has something to say and isn't shy about sharing her opinions on the day's events. When she's awake, Lilly enjoys playing with her feline friends and exploring her surroundings. Once she's tired out, she's ready for a good nap. While she appreciates a soft bed or cozy blanket, her favorite place to sleep is tucked under the covers beside her favorite person. Lilly is looking for a forever family who will appreciate her affectionate nature, playful spirit, and charming conversations. In return, she'll provide plenty of companionship, cuddles, and love. Lilly will be fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $150. CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
