Maui, a Poodle/Doodle, was discovered swimming alone in the middle of a lake. Workers spotted him tiring out and brought him to shore by boat - his origin story is still a little mysterious, but his current chapter is not. He arrived at a shelter severely matted and in need of care, was shaved down and neutered, and spent time thriving in foster care with a veterinarian before coming to us. His foster family's verdict: an absolute joy. He's housetrained, good with dogs, cats, and kids, and very affectionate - particularly with women.
