Meet Frodo! Frodo has been having a hard time transitioning to the shelter and is still pretty nervous. He just needs sometime to finally feel loved. This poor boy was found abandoned by his previous owners. He was all alone and scared. He needs someone who can show him trust and give him the time he needs to open up. We know he just needs someone who understands that sometimes learning to trust again can take time. He needs a calm and loving home.
