Meet Graycene If you're looking for a cat who combines beauty, affection, and just a touch of elegance, allow us to introduce Graycene. This gorgeous gray girl has absolutely stunning green eyes that seem to see right through you and she'll happily use them to convince you that she deserves another pet, another brush, and maybe just one more smooch for good measure. Graycene is an affectionate sweetheart who truly enjoys being loved on. She adores pets, leans into brushing sessions, and is more than happy to accept forehead kisses and attention from her favorite people. In fact, she'll often reach up with her paws to ask to be picked up and carried around. Why walk when you have humans? When she's not soaking up affection, Graycene enjoys finding the perfect perch to survey her kingdom. A cozy cat tree, a sunny windowsill, or any spot with a good view of the outdoors is right up her alley. She loves watching the world go by and keeping tabs on neighborhood activities. We're still learning about Graycene's feelings toward other animals. So far, she has shown no reactivity to the cats and dogs she's encountered, but she's also made it clear that peaceful coexistence and active friendship are two different things. At this point, she seems perfectly content focusing her attention on her humans. Graycene is the kind of cat who makes a house feel like home. Sweet, affectionate, and always ready for a cuddle or a carried-around tour of the house, she's looking for a family who will appreciate all the love she has to give. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
