Meet Marshmallow, a gorgeous 5-month old, Aussie mix puppy. Marshmallow and her sister Mango, were brought up to the PNW from Oklahoma. Their mother is an Australian Shepherd, we don't know who dad was. Marshmallow is sweet as can be. She desperately wants to trust humans but hasn't had much experience living with them. She is doing her best to learn humans bring good things to small puppies - yummy treats, calming scritches, squeaky squirrel toys. All Marshmallow needs is a home who will help her learn that life is good with people. Marshmallow is very interested in all the resident and neighbor dogs. She hasn't met any yet other than sniffing noses and playing games through the fence. We anticipate that having a doggy playmate who isn't over the top active will help her build confidence and grow. Marshmallow is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and on flea/tick/HW/worm medication. She is currently located in Portland, OR. We are looking for a foster or forever home for Marshmallow to help her learn how to be a pet dog.
