Meowth has had his rough days. Fortunately, he's also got nine lives' worth of resilience. When Meowth first arrived with us, he was a little worse for wear. He came in feeling pretty crummy and looking like life had been a little unfair to him lately. But with some TLC, good meals, and plenty of time to rest, this little guy made a full comeback. Now that he's healthy, happy, and feeling like himself again, Meowth is officially accepting applications for his next great adventure: getting the heck out of the shelter and into a forever home. Meowth is the perfect combination of playful and cozy. One moment he's chasing a toy around with extreme enthusiasm; the next, he's disappeared into a fortress of blankets, pillows, and beds, where he has somehow achieved the highest level of coziness scientifically possible. He can be a little shy when meeting new people. After everything he's been through, we think that's understandable. But don't worry-he comes with a very easy-to-follow instruction manual: approach slowly, present your best cheek and chin scratching technique, and watch him melt into a happy little puddle of purrs.
