Weighing in at a compact 25 lbs, he's an interesting blend of Pit Bull and Basset Hound, showcasing the unique traits of both breeds. Clyde thrives in the midst of activity and enjoys spending time with Cooper, a fellow rescue companion. After a session of play, you’ll often find him napping peacefully. While Clyde can get along with most dogs, he has a short fuse when he's had enough, so an ideal home would likely be one where he’s the only dog, interacting with others occasionally. He’s had good experiences at doggy daycare in the past. Clyde prefers the company of older women and would fit well with older kids, but he may not be a good match for younger children due to his temperament. Cats are a definite no for him; small pets like chickens would likely end up as toys in his eyes.
