Cooper is the sweetest little boy! He and his brother Loki had a rough start before coming into rescue and his eyes needed extensive treatment. Despite best efforts, Cooper does have some scar tissue that has healed over his eyes and he may be a candidate for surgical options in the future to remove it. Cooper doesn't let a little hazy vision hold him back! His favorite toys are plastic springs and play wands.
