He was rescued from a high-kill shelter alongside his sister and is now ready to find a forever family of his own. Carl is loves people, kids, dogs, and cats. He loves playing with his foster brothers and sisters and enjoys every chance he gets to run around and have fun. This happy puppy is very affectionate and loves giving kisses to everyone he meets.
