Valley & her brother Tuxie were transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Tennessee. Don't let her adorable stink face fool you - this lady always looks greatly unimpressed, but she is actually a super sweet cat who adores getting affection from people. We find her RBF charming & we know you will, too! Valley had free roam of the cat adoption room at her previous shelter & she did well with the other cats there. Valley has been an absolute doll during her time here with us but she is very much looking forward to finally having her very own home where she can thrive & rule over her people.
