Meet the Sesame Street Litter! Big Bird, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, and honorary sibling Rosita are ready to find their forever homes! Rosita may not be their biological littermate, but she arrived to us all alone and was quickly welcomed into the group with open paws. Since then, they've become one big happy family. This is a wonderfully social group of kittens. They are affectionate, playful, curious, and extremely talkative. If you walk through our cat area, you'll probably hear them before you see them. They always seem to have something to say and never miss an opportunity to ask for attention. One thing they all agree on? Food is life. These kittens are enthusiastic eaters and never turn down a meal or a snack. If there is food involved, they are ready to participate. **A quick note:** Our shelter is currently managing a ringworm outbreak that originated from a separate litter of rescued kittens. These kittens are currently being treated for a few suspicious skin spots that may be ringworm-related. As a precaution, they are receiving both oral and topical treatment and are doing great. Ringworm is a common and treatable fungal infection seen frequently in young kittens, especially during kitten season. We are happy to discuss treatment, answer questions, and provide supplies to continue care at home if needed. In our experience, kittens often recover much more quickly in a home environment than they do in a shelter. We kindly ask that visits be made earlier in the day, as the last hour before closing is reserved for medications and end-of-day care. Adoption Fee is $200/each or $350/pair. We like our kittens to have friends so we want a pair adoption if you have no other pets unless we know a specific kitten prefers to be alone. All kittens are Spayed/Neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines, FeLV/FIV tested and microchipped.
