*Hi! I'm Peach, the only boy in my litter, and I think having three sisters has made me a pretty sweet guy. I've been having the best time in foster care with my siblings, especially my sister Bean. We're often found snuggled up together and share a very special bond. If you're looking for a ready-made cuddle duo, we might be your perfect match! I'm playful, affectionate, and love being close to my people. Sometimes you'll even find me snoozing near my foster mom's feet just so I can stay close while she works. Whether I'm chasing toys, cuddling with my siblings, or hanging out with my humans, I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by love. I'm excited to find a forever family who will cherish my sweet personality and maybe even let me bring along one of my siblings.* I am not currently at the shelter because I'm growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by late June*. You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal. Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick.
