Hershey is a lively 5-month-old Pit Bull Terrier looking for a loving home. Currently at the Kern County Animal Services in Bakersfield, he’s been waiting for his forever family since May 30, 2026. Hershey has a striking gray coat and a short hair that feels smooth to the touch. This young pup is still learning about house training, so he would benefit from a patient adopter willing to guide him. Although he’s not yet altered, he’s ready to become your best friend. Given that he’s still a baby, he has plenty of energy to explore and play. Hershey is being cared for by the Companion Animal Protection Society, which works hard to ensure at-risk dogs are placed in loving homes.
