Meet Oakley James! Oakley James is a Border Collie mix. These breeds are known for being intelligent, loyal, and eager to be involved with their families. Oakley James will enjoy regular exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of time with his people. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog.
