About Alabama
Meet Alabama! Alabama is a 4-year-old Mini Goldendoodle with a gentle and quiet personality paired with an adventurous spirit. She walks beautifully on a leash and thrives on exploration, so a securely fenced yard would be ideal for her to satisfy her curiosity safely. Alabama rarely barks, just a handful of times since arriving in our care, and gets along well with the other dogs she's met. She could happily join a home with another dog or be an only pet, but she would do best with older children who can respect her timid nature. Though she enjoys adventure, Alabama can be fearful in new situations and will need a family that’s patient and encouraging to help her build confidence. She’s making progress with house training and regularly goes outside to potty, but she is not yet fully housebroken. Crating isn’t her favorite, so a family willing to use positive reinforcement techniques will help her adjust. With consistent love and a predictable routine, Alabama has the potential to become a wonderful companion. She is spayed and up-to-date on core vaccinations, as well as on heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Your new companion is waiting. Apply today!
