This affectionate little guy loves pets, enjoys snuggling in cozy spots for naps, and is house trained. He behaves like a true gentleman during bath time and, once he trusts you, he’s happy to be picked up and showered with love. Rupert is a respectful roommate, has mastered simple cues like “all done,” and gets excited during mealtime, hoping for a tasty morsel to drop. Rupert needs a family that understands the importance of building trust. He can be nervous around new people, but with calm introductions and a little time, he warms up quickly. Because of this, he would thrive in a home with older children who know how to give him space while allowing him to approach when he feels comfortable. Although he prefers a quieter home without sudden loud noises, Rupert isn’t just a couch potato. He has plenty of energy and loves being outside, so his new family should be ready for fun daily activities and adventures.
