Meet Penny! This sweet dog came to us from another shelter where she sadly didn’t have much of a chance for adoption. We’re thrilled to give her a fresh start in the hope of finding her a loving forever home. Penny may be a bit shy at first, but with a little patience, her fun and silly personality shines through.
