Tommy is an eight-year-old Tri Sheltie who came to us after his previous owners faced a tragic accident. Having spent time around various dogs, cats, and farm animals, he's a well-rounded companion. Initially a bit reserved, Tommy has opened up in his foster home, revealing his wonderful Sheltie personality. This gentle, smart dog weighs around 46 pounds and is currently on a journey to lose some weight. His new family will need to keep him active as he adjusts to a healthier lifestyle. He enjoys short walks but prefers the freedom of a fenced yard where he can roam and explore comfortably. Tommy walks beautifully on a leash without pulling. He is also very friendly with both dogs and cats, making him a great addition to any household with existing pets.
