Rita arrived at our rescue from the Santa Cruz Shelter, where she was in a dire situation with an embedded collar. Thankfully, she's fully healed and currently lives with our vet tech in Utah but can travel to Tucson for her forever home. Rita is a friendly and affectionate young dog who does great with cats and is expected to get along with kids too. Introductions to other dogs should be gradual, as she needs a little time to adjust.
