Gretchen Grundler, a gentle calico, joined us in May 2023 from a difficult hoarding situation. Since arriving at PAWS, she's started to embrace the attention she deserves. Despite her past, she’s friendly, somewhat outgoing, and gets along well with other cats—a true testament to her resilient spirit. Having been part of a group of about 36 cats saved from a residential hoarding in Clarion County, she’s one of many who benefited from the combined efforts of dedicated volunteers and local organizations. All necessary vaccinations, testing, and spaying have been completed. While there’s no adoption fee for Gretchen, adopting a kitty like her means giving her a chance at a loving home. An application is required, and even if you’re just curious, spending time with her and her feline friends can make a world of difference. Gretchen is ready to be a cherished companion.
