About Kylo
Kylo is a sociable guy who thrives on interaction, whether it’s with people, kids, or other animals. His boundless patience makes him great around children, but he does have some boundary issues when meeting new pets, often attempting to introduce himself with a good sniff. This eagerness hasn’t always served him well, as he has faced some tough encounters with larger dogs, despite never being aggressive himself. With gentle correction from owners or other animals, he can learn to respect personal space. Currently grappling with a bit of separation anxiety, Kylo can whine when left alone, especially behind a gate or in a crate. He’s not fond of confinement and prefers to settle down after a little initial fuss. His strengths lie in his eagerness to learn, driven by food motivation. However, it's essential to manage his food guarding behavior, as he has shown signs of aggression when human food is within reach. Kylo would thrive best with an experienced owner or family, ideally with a fenced yard where he can run safely. He may be a bit of a flight risk if given the chance, so supervision is key. If you have the time and patience to train and love a dog with great potential, Kylo could be the perfect fit for you. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
