About Hazel
Meet Hazel! Hazel is a spirited 5 to 6 month old Jack Russell Terrier mix with a heartwarming story of resilience. This little fighter was found alone, severely underweight and injured from an unfortunate dog attack. At just 7 pounds, she had a rough start, facing a 50% survival chance. But Hazel had other plans, and her determination, coupled with medical care and love, helped her transform into the playful puppy she is today. Full of joy and energy, Hazel thrives on human companionship. She loves to be close to her family, whether it's snuggling beside you, following you around, or soaking up affection. Hazel enjoys playing with other dogs and her toys, indulging in all the fun aspects of being a puppy. Despite her past, she remains loving, trusting, and affectionate. Currently on the smaller side, she's projected to weigh around 25-35 pounds when fully grown, though this remains an estimate due to her unknown parentage. After overcoming significant hardship, Hazel is ready for a family to show her safety, love, and the care she truly deserves. Could you be the happy ending this brave little survivor has been holding out for? Transport is available to many locations, including the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.
