About Archie

Archie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy who might weigh just 3 pounds, but his personality is larger than life. This little guy is playful, feisty, and shows a determination that is truly impressive. He loves to cuddle, especially when he’s feeling sleepy and just wants to snuggle close. Although Archie was relinquished due to a broken leg, our orthopedist discovered that he is missing some bones in his right front wrist. Despite this, he runs and zooms around just like any other puppy. His growth will need monitoring, but it shouldn’t hinder his spirited play. During his visit to the cardiology team at the University of Georgia, they noted an arrhythmia and a very soft heart murmur, which will also require observation as he continues to grow. Archie thrives in his pen and is doing a great job with potty training. He'd do best in a home with experienced Cavalier owners who can manage any potential medical follow-ups as he matures. Ideally, Archie would enjoy the company of a small, friendly pup who understands his giant personality. He would also be fine as an only dog, provided his owner is around enough to give him the attention he craves. With so much love to give, Archie is looking for a forever home that sees him as the adorable companion he is. He truly deserves a family to call his own. Ready to make Archie part of your life?
