About Scarlet Chow Hound
Meet Scarlet, a charming gray cat with striking green eyes. She and her sister Melanie came to Second Chance four years ago, only to find themselves back in the shelter when their owner faced housing instability. Despite the upheaval, Scarlet has adjusted remarkably well, showcasing her resilience. Scarlet loves human attention, often purring and leaning in for affection. She's a laid-back kitty who enjoys curling up in cozy spots, whether soaking up the sun or perched on a bookcase. While she enjoys playing and exploring, she remains content to entertain herself, making her a low-maintenance companion. Though she and Melanie are no longer considered bonded, they get along well and could be adopted together. This sweet girl would be a wonderful addition to a single person, a couple, or a family with older children. She shows kindness to other friendly cats, so she’d fit well in a multi-pet household. Scarlet has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. If you're interested in meeting her, you can find Scarlet at Cascade Chow Hound in Grand Rapids. Ready to give her the loving home she deserves?
