About Coco

Meet Coco, a gentle 9-year-old gentleman looking for a soft place to land. Coco arrived at the shelter with his two sisters after the person who loved them could no longer care for them. Understandably, this sudden change left him feeling scared and uncertain. Initially, Coco kept his distance from people, but thanks to the patience and kindness of the volunteers, he has slowly begun to let his guard down. Coco is a serious little man who doesn't give away his trust easily. Once you've earned it, though, you'll be rewarded with sweet tail wags and quiet companionship. He has a loving nature and enjoys being around those he knows well. Currently, Coco shares a room with other small male dogs, and he gets along nicely with them, happily mingling while staying clear of doggy drama. Because of this, he may do well with another calm, social dog who can help him feel secure. Coco is searching for a calm, stable home where he can take his time adjusting and healing from the loss of everything familiar. He doesn't need much—just patience, understanding, and someone willing to show him that his best days are still ahead. This sweet senior boy deserves a final chapter filled with love, comfort, and the security of a forever home. Could you be the one to give Coco the happy ending he's been waiting for?
