About Lissy
Lissy is proof that kennel behavior does not always tell the whole story. While she can get a little excited in her kennel, staff have discovered that once she is out and about, she transforms into a calm, easygoing companion. She enjoyed a leisurely walk around the pond, taking time to sniff and explore, and showed just how pleasant she can be when given the chance to stretch her legs. During her outing, Lissy was easy to handle and seemed happiest simply spending time with her human friend. Staff have found her to be a social, affectionate girl who enjoys attention and gladly accepts head scratches, back rubs, and even a good butt scratch or two. She walked nicely on leash, remained relaxed around barking dogs, and settled contentedly after her adventure. Lissy would thrive as part of everyday life, whether that means joining you for a walk, relaxing nearby while you work, or winding down together at the end of the day. This loyal companion will bring warmth, affection, and plenty of happy moments to the lucky family that takes her home. Every adoption includes support from our team to ensure a smooth transition. Adopted pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed before leaving the shelter's care. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
