About Scout
Meet Scout! Scout is an adorable yellow Lab mix puppy who found himself at a rural shelter in Southern Illinois before making his way to For Good Rescue, looking for the loving forever family he deserves. At just 9 weeks old and 9 pounds, Scout is a happy, social little guy who loves everyone he meets. His tail is always wagging, ready to make new friends wherever he goes. Currently, Scout is thriving in foster care alongside two smaller dogs and his brother. He spends his days exploring the yard when the weather permits, playing, discovering the world around him, and happily curling up in any available lap for a nap. Full of curiosity and charm, Scout is beginning his crate training and potty training. Since he's still very much a baby, he needs a family committed to continuing his training with patience, consistency, and lots of love. If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate puppy to grow up with your family, Scout might be the perfect match. He's ready for a home that will help shape him into the wonderful lifelong companion he's destined to become. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
