About Champ
Champ is a gentle giant searching for a home to call his own. Champ and Mia were found abandoned together after the passing of their owner. Mia's microchip led them back to us, and we were happy to welcome both dogs into our care. A kind caretaker had temporarily looked after them, but due to a medical procedure, they could not keep them long-term. Around 3 years old, Champ is a handsome lad who may be a mix of Saint Bernard and Terrier. He embodies the spirit of an easygoing dog who appreciates life's simple pleasures. Unlike his more energetic companion, Champ prefers a laid-back lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his people, soaking up affection and good company. Transitioning to shelter life has been a bit challenging for him. He misses the familiarity of a home and a consistent routine. Champ gets along well with other dogs, and he's both house-trained and crate-trained. If you're in search of a loyal companion who will happily share your couch and everyday moments, Champ would love to meet you. This could be the start of something paw-some.
