About Violet
Violet is a sweet and gentle girl who exemplifies what it means to be an easy-going companion. This small Dachshund, weighing about 13-14 lbs, has a friendly disposition and gets along well with all kinds of dogs, both big and small, as well as cats. Although she hasn't shown much interest in toys, her recent dental work could change that. Her favorite pass time is snuggling up close to her person; she truly enjoys being a lap dog. Walking is another of her delights, and she's quite the pro on a leash. Violet is a great eater, taking treats gently and without fuss. At around 10-11 years old, she has many wonderful years ahead and deserves every bit of love and comfort. She's spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Although she can do fine in a crate, she also has excellent house manners and is mostly house trained as long as she has regular chances to go outside.
