About Lucy
Meet Lucy! This gentle two-year-old Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix is currently in Amherst, MA. Wrapped in her lovely black coat, she embodies joy and loyalty. Weighing about 65 pounds, Lucy thrives on life’s simple pleasures. She loves lounging in sunny spots, relaxing on a comfortable deck, and cuddling with her favorite plush lamb. Lucy enjoys going for walks but is happiest soaking up the sun close to her loved ones. She has undergone formal obedience training and masters commands such as sit, stay, and come. Lucy is calm and can relax on her own for six to seven hours during the day and sleeps in her crate at night. Car rides and participating in daily adventures excite her, making her an excellent companion. While she is affectionate and moderately energetic, Lucy prefers a peaceful home environment. She can be a bit cautious when meeting new people but warms up once she feels secure. Ideally, she needs a calm, rural setting with a large fenced yard. Lucy can experience stress in high-energy situations and would do best with adults or families with older children, as she is not suitable for homes with young children or cats. With some patience and structure, Lucy's loving personality will truly shine! Lucy is spayed, microchipped, house-trained, fully vaccinated, and ready for her new chapter. If you’re searching for a loving companion who thrives on peace and affection, Lucy could be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
