About Water Chestnut

Meet Water Chestnut, a delightful little tabby with a big heart. She hails from a challenging start in life, being born on a farm to a feral mother. Initially, she found humans a bit intimidating, but now she’s on the path to becoming the affectionate cat she was meant to be. Water Chestnut is a sweet young kitty who has learned that love can be wonderful. She enjoys gentle chin scratches, cozy naps, and, of course, treats—bring some to win her over! While she’s made great strides in her socialization, she appreciates a calm and quiet home where she can continue to build trust at her own pace. It's worth noting that Water Chestnut has a slight birth defect affecting her ribcage, but don’t let that fool you—she’s as joyful as any kitty can be. If you're patient and understanding, she can be your brave little companion who’s ready to keep blooming. Is that you? Click apply to start the adoption process.
