Poke` does not require any special medical treatment; just a food-sensitive dry diet and regular veterinary care. He is affectionate and enjoys being social, making him a wonderful companion.
About Poke`
Poke` is the most energetic yet calming boy a cat lover could wish for. He adores playing with his toys, follows you from room to room, and then curls up for hours of snuggles. Incredibly social, he greets everyone at the door with the charm of a true gentleman. At night, Poke` loves to tuck in beside you, sharing kisses and extra cuddles. After coming to us due to concerns over a urinary blockage, veterinarians discovered a malformation requiring reconstructive surgery. He's healed beautifully and hasn’t let this affect his silly, loving personality. While Poke` is FIV positive, many FIV-positive cats lead happy normal lives. FIV is mainly transmitted through deep bite wounds and doesn’t affect social behaviors like grooming or cuddling. With routine veterinary care and a healthy diet, an FIV-positive cat can thrive. Poke` does best on a sensitive dry diet and requires the same love and care as any other cat. With his striking markings, pink nose, and expressive eyes, it’s hard not to fall for him. Poke` is a very social boy who brings toy mice, keeps you company, and tucks you in at night. He is ready to find his forever home and the people he can love for a lifetime. Poke` can’t wait to meet you!
