Beauregard is a 5-year-old male mixed-breed dog, possibly a Jack Russell Terrier and Australian Cattle Dog mix. He’s a small dog, currently looking for a loving home in Little Rock, AR. Although he has been primarily outdoors, he shows promise for house training. Beau does not get along with cats and has yet to be fully tested with other dogs or children. Let’s make his next chapter the best one yet.

About Beauregard

Beauregard, affectionately called Beau, faced a challenging transition after his owner passed away. Initially stressed from his circumstances, he was quick to warm up, revealing a gentle and loving nature beneath. This lively little guy has a playful spirit, enjoys his crate, and travels well in the car. Beau walks on leash but tends to pull, as many terriers do, driven by his curiosity to explore. He’s just joined our program and will be vetted soon, after which he’ll be available for adoption. While he likely has some experience outdoors, we’re still evaluating his house training. His previous life outdoors raises questions about his indoor habits, though historically, dogs often adjust well when transitioning. Beau has shown that he doesn’t get along with cats, but we’re eager to see how he fares with other dogs and children soon. So far, he has connected well with both men and women. If you think Beau could be the right match for you, please begin the adoption process with an application. His adoption fee is $150. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
