About Shylow

Shylow is a sweet senior cat looking for her forever home after being surrendered by her family. She was adopted as a stray kitten in 2017 and has always known love. Sadly, her dad passed away, and her mom had to move, leaving Shylow without a safe place to go. It's heartbreaking to think of her outside, especially with the threats she faced. Though she can be a bit nervous around new people, a calm approach brings out her cuddly side. Shylow enjoys attention and will even come to you for pets. While she was initially not fond of the other cats in her room, she has adjusted and now acts like the wise elder, guiding the younger ones when they get a bit rowdy. However, she’s likely to be just as selective with dogs as she is with her feline companions. Shylow thrives in a quiet, loving environment and may be best suited for a home with older children who understand her need for space. She enjoys the gentle companionship of human affection and is often seen reaching out for attention or curling up in a lap. Having known love her whole life, she truly deserves to find that again. If you’re looking for a cuddly companion to share your golden years, Shylow may just be the perfect match. Come meet her at Faithful to Felines in Muskegon, MI during adoption hours!
