About Nova
Nova arrived at the rescue with her three siblings after her owners could no longer care for them. As a purebred miniature poodle with a beautiful Cafe Au Lait coat, Nova stands out with her affectionate personality and confidence. She thrives on attention and would love a family that spends a lot of time at home. Although she's never been an only dog, we’re open to trying it. Nova is learning leash manners, but she may need some time before she's fully comfortable going potty on-leash, so a home with a yard would suit her best. At around 4 years old and weighing about 14 lbs, this sweet dog is eager to please and responds well to grooming. She's calm during bath time and grooming sessions. While we’re still assessing her housetraining, she should adapt well with gentle guidance and praise. Since Nova has a coat that grows continuously, regular professional grooming every 6-8 weeks is essential to keep her looking her best. With an adoption fee of $450, you’ll provide Nova with a healthy start. This fee covers a health exam, spay/neuter, vaccinations, grooming, a microchip, a new collar or harness, and accessories like a leash and starter kibble. If you think you can give Nova the loving home she deserves, start the adoption process today!
