About Papaya

Papaya was discovered curled up on the side of I-69, rescued by a kind stranger. Now safe with ARPO, he thrives in a loving environment. This affectionate little guy loves to burrow into laps and snuggle in necks, often falling asleep wherever he can be closest to his human companions. Although on the smaller side, Papaya's heart is huge. When he’s awake, he’s all about playtime—chasing mouse toys, batting at balls, and wrestling with his foster sisters. He shares a special bond with Coconut, a fellow kitten. They often play or cuddle together, forming a tight friendship. Since Papaya thrives on feline companionship, he needs to be adopted with another kitten or into a home with an active young cat who can be his playmate. Papaya is neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. He’s ready for a loving forever home in central Indianapolis. Click apply to start the adoption process.
