Mochi
AvailableMochi is a sweet, affectionate female Wire-Haired Terrier Mix. She is an adult dog at a smaller size, weighing 13 lbs, and has short coat that is gray and black with white accents. Though she is not completely house trained yet, Mochi has been altered and is up to date on vaccinations.
About Mochi
Mochi is one half of a bonded pair with her partner Cricket, and these two have an incredible journey to share. After being saved from a challenging surrender at a Texas shelter, both dogs have gone through extensive healing and are now ready for their forever home. Mochi, a small Wire-Haired Terrier Mix, may have a grumpy little face, but she is a calm, affectionate cuddle bug at heart. As the confident half of the duo, she looks after Cricket, providing her with the comfort and courage she needs. Although Mochi has had several benign masses removed, she feels great and doesn't require medication despite having a heart murmur. Mochi is looking for a calm environment with a fenced yard where she and Cricket can continue to thrive. Ideally, they would flourish in a dog-friendly home that avoids small children. While Mochi is almost house trained, Cricket is still building her confidence on a leash, so they are not suitable for apartment living. With a shared love for frozen Kongs and treats like shredded chicken, these two are ready to offer you companionship and comfort. It’s important to note that Mochi and Cricket must stay together due to their deep bond formed during their difficult past. If you’re ready to welcome these sweet senior girls into your life, you’ll not only provide them with a home but also experience the joy they bring. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
