About Valentine
Meet Valentine, previously known as Jimmy! This charming 5-year-old Great Pyrenees and Hound mix is looking for a new forever home. Valentine originally came to our rescue over three years ago and was adopted, but he now finds himself needing another fresh start. He's an energetic soul who flourishes in a country environment but has struggled to adapt to city life. His past adopters shared, "Valentine is such a great, active boy. He's house trained, well-mannered inside, and walks nicely on leash. He enjoys the company of dogs, cats, and livestock, and is learning how to behave around chickens! His adventurous spirit loves exploring, but he feels anxious in crowded areas. He’s incredibly loyal and affectionate, craving your attention and a good head scratch! He’s also a formidable guardian dog who has even chased a bear off his territory. Though he’s not fond of rain, he thrives in the sunshine! Valentine is ready to be your devoted companion." We made a promise to Valentine that he deserves the best life ahead. Could that life be alongside you? Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
