Meet Charli, a lovely Australian Shepherd with a striking soft red merle coat and captivating blue eyes. At four years old, she has retired from a puppy mill in Ohio and has quickly become a charming companion. Initially a bit shy around new faces, she lights up when her human is near, showing off her adorable "wiggle butt". Charli thrives on human interaction and prefers to be by her person's side all day, showering them with love. She has made wonderful strides in adapting to house living and is house trained with regular potty breaks. Charli is discovering the joys of toys and chew bones, and she sleeps soundly in her kennel at night, as long as she can see her person. However, she isn’t fond of being alone during the day or confinement in her kennel. This sweet girl enjoys car rides, usually opting to lie down rather than be left at home. Charli loves quiet wooded trails and walks nicely beside you, though she needs gentle encouragement when she hesitates. She has met a four-year-old child, getting along well as long as the little one respects her space and moves slowly.
