About Yumi

Meet Yumi, a stunning tuxedo cat with a unique personality. She joined us after enduring a difficult past as a stray, and while she's healing physically and emotionally, she’s learning to trust again. Yumi thrives in a calm environment and needs a patient adopter who understands her independent nature. This playful girl loves food and is quite vocal around mealtime, often letting you know when she's ready to eat. Yumi enjoys a range of toys, especially those that move quickly, and she’s happiest lounging in her cat hammock while batting at them. Once she feels secure, she also shows her affectionate side, relishing quiet cuddle sessions with her trusted humans. Due to her past experiences, Yumi would do best as the only pet in an adult-only home. She doesn’t get along with other cats, dogs, or young children, preferring a peaceful space to build her confidence. This sweet, resilient cat is looking for someone special who can appreciate her quiet strength and provide a loving, predictable home where she can thrive.
