About Bruno
Meet Bruno. This handsome, adult Saint Bernard is a 4-year-old boy seeking a fresh start and a family to call his own. Bruno is friendly and gentle, enjoying the company of people. He loves being near you, often content to lie down and relax, demonstrating his affectionate and calm nature even after all he has been through. Although he seems to have spent a lot of time indoors, he truly enjoys his outdoor moments as well. While he walks on a leash, Bruno would benefit from some additional training, as he doesn’t yet know basic commands or consistently respond to his name. His future family should be ready to offer patience, guidance, and positive reinforcement to help him adjust. He has been around young children and showed a polite demeanor, mostly opting to ignore them instead of jumping around. Though curious about other dogs, he hasn’t been introduced to any yet. Bruno faced a difficult past when his previous owner became homeless, putting him at risk of being surrendered to a shelter and facing euthanasia. Thankfully, a compassionate family saved him, but they can’t keep him long-term, so they’re now looking for that perfect, loving forever home. Bruno is currently intact and not up to date on vaccinations. He is house trained and ready to find a place to call his own. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
